Refund policy

At Marcas Thai, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• The product must be in the same condition in which you received it.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
• Products should be returned with their original tags and packaging, where applicable.
• You must provide your order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

2. How to Request a Return

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect
• Missing parts or accessories

We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
• Personalized or customized products
• Products without their original packaging or tags, where applicable
• Gift cards
• Items specifically marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
