• Outside Karachi: Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days.

• Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after confirmation. Our team may contact you to confirm your order details before dispatch.

Orders are generally dispatched after successful confirmation, and delivery time starts from the date of dispatch.

Delivery Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Address

Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, along with an active contact number.

Marcasthai Store will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable delivery information provided by the customer.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders
